基于申请基本条件的硕士专业学位授权点建设发展方向分析

摘　　要：本文通过农业硕士、工程硕士、教育硕士、临床医学硕士申请基本条件的横向对比,从专业特色、师资队伍、人才培养、培养环境与条件四个方面分析了国家即将出台的硕士专业学位授权点申请基本条件,指出随着硕士专业学位授权点"准入门槛"的提高,国家政策的导向是旨在改变"重申报,轻建设"的情况,重心已经落在"内涵发展、提高质量"上,现有的硕士专业学位授权点建设也应对照基本条件,查漏补缺,力争保证现有学位点的基本培养质量。Through the horizontal comparison of the basic conditions of applying for master of agriculture,master ofengineering,master of education and master of medicine,this paper analyzes the basic conditions of applying for master＇sdegree authorization point from four aspects：professional characteristics,teaching staff,personnel training,trainingenvironment and conditions. It is pointed out that with the improvement of the access threshold of master＇s degreeauthorization point,the orientation of national policy is to change the situation of ＂ emphasizing declaration andneglecting construction＂,and the focus has been on ＂ connotation development and improving quality＂. The existingmaster＇s degree authorization point construction should also be controlled by the basic conditions,and try to ensure thebasic training quality of the existing degree point.
