摘　　要：目的:跟踪检与测评价研究2015—2018年间潍坊鲜奶吧巴氏鲜奶质量。方法:以《食品安全国家标准-巴氏杀菌乳》(GB19645-2010)为参考标准,对巴氏鲜奶的感官、理化指标、微生物含量、抗生素含量等方面进行检测。结果:所测样品绝大多数指标符合国家标准,仅有1个样品中检出β-内酰胺类抗生素。结论:潍坊巴氏奶质量总体可靠。Object：A follow-up testing and evaluation were performed to evaluate the quality of pasteurized milk in Weifang milk bars from 2015 to 2018. Method：Testing was conducted based on the National Food Safety Standard - pasteurized milk（GB19645-2010）. Result：that the sensory,physiochemical,microbial and antibiotic indexes were accorded with the national standard with only one sample beta-lactam antibiotics positive. Conclusion：The quality of pasteurized milk in Weifang milk bar is generally reliable.
