摘  要:以氧化钙、三氧化二铬、二氧化硅、二氧化锡和氧化钇稳定氧化锆为变色原料,HW-28环氧改性有机硅树脂为基料树脂制备了一种高温多变色不可逆示温涂料。主要考察了涂层的基本物理机械性能、耐温性能和变色性能,并讨论了各种氧化物对涂层变色性能的影响。试验结果表明:制备的高温多变色不可逆示温涂料的物理机械性能良好;耐温性能在短时间(10 min)内可达1 200℃;恒温时间为3 min时,涂层在700~1 300℃的温度范围内具有6个变色点,色差明显;另外,不同氧化物对涂层变色性能的影响差别较大,其中以氧化钙最为关键。The high temperature and multi color-changing irreversible temperature indicator coating was prepared with calcium oxide, chromium trioxide, silicon dioxide, tin oxide and yttrium oxide stabilized zirconia as the discoloration material and HW-28 epoxy modified silicone resin as the base resin. The physical and mechanical properties, temperature resistance and color change properties of the coating were investigated. The effects of various oxide on the color change of the coating were discussed. The test results show that the coating the has good physical and mechanical properties, the temperature resistance of the coating can reach 1 200℃ in 10 minutes. When the constant temperature time is 3 minute, the coating has 6 discoloration points at 700 - 1 300℃, and the chromatic aberration is obvious. In addition, the effects of different oxides on the discolouration properties of the coatings are quite different, and calcium oxide has the greatest influence on the performance of the coating.
