摘　　要：阴茎肿瘤是一种相对罕见的泌尿系统肿瘤,会对患者身心健康产生严重的影响。近年来,越来越多的研究支持保留器官手术在早期阴茎肿瘤治疗中的应用,术后的器官功能、泌尿功能、对外形的满意度、生活干扰程度均优于阴茎部分切或全切的患者。在淋巴结清扫方面,腹腔镜以及机器人辅助下淋巴结清扫已经开展,但降低手术并发症的效果仍有待观察。本文就阴茎肿瘤的诊断及手术治疗进展做一综述。The incidence of penile cancer is relatively low among the tumors of the urological system,but it may severely affect the mental and physiological health of the patients. In recent years,more and more evidence has lent support to the role of organ-sparing surgery in the treatment of early-stage penile cancer,which has the advantages of maintaining urinary and sexual intercourse functions and desirable penile appearance. Meanwhile,videoscope-and robot-assisted dissection of the lymph nodes has been applied clinically,though whether it could reduce postoperative complications remains to be further observed. This systematic review updates the diagnosis and surgical treatment of penile cancer.
