摘　　要：选取海尔集团作为主案例、华为技术有限公司与TCL公司作为辅案例展开纵向案例研究,分析了国际接口、资源体系及技术创新战略在后发企业国际化三个阶段的演化进程,得到以下研究发现：一是归纳了国际接口、资源体系与技术创新战略在国际化三个阶段的渐次演化规律,即国际接口从＂内向引入＂为主要特征向＂全球配置＂为主要特征演变;资源体系从＂产业配套资源主导＂为主要特征向＂行业声誉资源主导＂为主要特征演变;技术创新战略从＂外来技术本土化＂研发、＂外向技术学习＂为主要特征向＂全球化研发＂＂全球战略性学习＂为主要特征演变。二是依次分析了三者在各个阶段的静态适配以及动态协同演化关系,提出三者间＂链式旋进＂的共演模型。By selecting Haier Group as the main case,Huawei Technologies co.,LTD and TCL as the auxiliary cases,this research analyzes the co-evolution of international interface,resource system and technology innovation strategy during the three stages of internationalization.The results are as follows.Firstly,sequential evolutions and regulations of international interface,resource system and technology innovation strategy are concluded,including international interface evolving from＂internal lead-in connections＂ to ＂global allocation connections＂,resource system evolving from＂associated industries resources＂ to ＂industry reputation resources＂ and technology innovation strategy evolving from＂technology localization＂,＂external learning＂ to ＂global RD＂,＂strategic learning＂.Secondly,the static adaptation and dynamic co-evolution of these three aspects are analyzed,and the co-evolution model has been proposed.
