摘  要:目的了解云南省安宁市2015年食品和公共场所行业从业人员沙门菌菌型分布状况与耐药情况。方法选取2015年18 121人份肛拭标本进行肠道菌增菌、分离、生化及血清学分型鉴定和药物敏感性试验。结果共检出56株沙门菌,总检出率为0. 309%。沙门菌经生化和血清学鉴定分属B、C1、C2、D1、E1、D1、未鉴定7个群,26个血清型,其中B群占50. 0%,最常见的血清型依次为鼠伤寒、克雷菲尔德和肠炎沙门菌。对10种抗生素产生不同程度的耐药,耐药率最高的是氨苄西林(67. 9%),耐药率较低的是头孢噻肟和链霉素(均为12. 5%),最敏感的抗生素是头孢噻肟和氯霉素(8. 9%)。结论从业人员携带的沙门菌种类多,血清型呈多样性的趋势,况且耐药形势严峻,加强从业人员的健康体检管理很有必要。Objective To investigate serotype distribution and drug resistance of Salmonella among the workers of food and public service industry in Anning City of Yunnan Province,2015. Methods In 2015,18 121 fecal samples were collected for enrichment,isolation,biochemical and serological typing and drug susceptibility testing of intestinal bacteria. Results A total of 56 Salmonella strains were detected,with a total detection rate of 0. 309%. Salmonella were biochemically and serologically identified as B,C1,C2,D1,E1,D1. 7 groups and 26 serotypes were not identified,of which B group accounted for 50. 0%.The most common serotype was typhoid fever,Krefeld and Salmonella enteritidis. There were different degrees of resistance to10 antibiotics. The highest resistance rate was ampicillin( 67. 9%),followed by cefotaxime and streptomycin( 12. 5%). The most sensitive antibiotic were cefotaxime and chloramphenicol( 8. 9%). Conclusion There are many types of Salmonella carried by practitioners,and the serotype is of diversity. Besides,drug resistance is severe. It is necessary to strengthen health examination in workers.
