摘　　要：由于地方性高校经济欠发达等因素使学生就业创业教育现状堪忧,存在教育资源匮乏、评价体系缺失等问题。实行双导师制,改革传统的培养模式,建立相应的支撑机制,完善评价机制,使地方性高校的就业创业教育实现良性循环,为学生的就业创业提供有力支持,从而为社会培养出具有创造力的应用型人才。Due to economic underdevelopment and other factors of local colleges and universities,the present situation of the students＇ employment and entrepreneurship education is worrying. There are problems such as lack of educational resources and lack of evaluation systems. Only to implement double tutorial system,reform the traditional training mode,establish corresponding support mechanisms,and improve the evaluation mechanism,can the employment and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities achieve a virtuous circle,which will provide students with strong support for their employment and entrepreneurship and cultivate creative and applied talents for the society.
