摘 要:聚醋酸乙烯乳液的聚合是放热反应,工艺不同,乳液的黏度也相应发生很大变化。本研究在相同配方的情况下,按不同的聚合工艺合成聚醋酸乙烯乳液以考察其对黏度的影响。结果表明,增加搅拌速度,增加种子聚合量,延长滴加时间,后补水,可以大大降低乳液的黏度,可达到3 000~5 000 mPa·s,同时不影响剪切强度;反之,则能大大提高黏度,可达30 000~40 000 mPa·s。可见,在不改变配方的情况下,正确选择聚合工艺,就能将乳液的黏度控制在较为理想的范围。The polymerization of polyvinyl acetate emulsion is an exothermic reaction which has a significant impact on the viscosity of the emulsion. In this article, the polyvinyl acetate emulsions with the same formula have been prepared via different polymerization process, through which the effects of different polymerization process on the viscosity are investigated. The results show that the viscosity of emulsion can be significantly reduced if increasing the mixing speed and seed polymerization, prolonging dropping time and taking later water-feeding process, wherein the viscosity is 3,000-5,000 mPa.s and the shear strength is not affected. Based on the opposite conditions, the viscosity increase dramatically up to 30,000-40,000 mPa.s. It is revealed that the viscosity of emulsion with the same formula can be controlled in the desired range by means of reasonable selection of polymerization process.
