摘 要:在纺织行业新常态下,传统的企业职工培训方式受企业生产计划、授课师资、授课时间、学员基础不同等因素影响,不能及时解决学员在学习过程中遇到的一些问题。随着"互联网+"信息技术的发展以及校企合作的深入,充分利用信息化平台资源,解决纺织企业职工的成人教育培训、技师培训等问题,既提升企业职工的理论水平和创新技能,也提升了参与平台资源建设教师的专业技能。Under the new normal in the textile industry, the traditional training methods of enterprise employees are affected by factors such as enterprise production plans, teaching teachers, teaching hours, and student bases, and can not solve some problems encountered by students in the learning process in a timely manner. With the development of the “Internet +” information technology and the deepening of cooperation between schools and enterprises, we will make full use of the resources of information platforms to solve problems such as adult education and training and technician training for employees of textile enterprises, so as to improve the theoretical level and innovative skills of employees in enterprises. It also improved the professional skills of teachers involved in platform resource development.
