摘　　要：医药渠道联盟应实现沟通顺畅、彼此信任、互惠互利的双赢沟通格局,为实现获取长期效益,有效维持渠道联盟的稳定发展,渠道联盟的运行机制应包含信息共享机制、资源共享机制、信任机制、激励机制等方面。Pharmaceutical channel alliance should realize a win-win communication pattern of smooth communication, mutual trust and mutual benefit. In order to obtain long-term benefit and maintain the steady development of the channel alliance, the operation mechanism of the channel alliance should include information sharing mechanism, resource sharing mechanism, trust mechanism, incentive mechanism and so on.
