摘  要:为研究在非还田季节猪粪尿长时间堆放过程中肥效的动态变化,试验采用微生物异位发酵床技术研究了猪粪尿在堆肥10个月的基本参数变化,并对其微生物数量、营养成分含量及重金属指标含量进行了测定和分析。结果表明发酵床的温度维持在53~56℃,pH处于弱碱性(8.2~8.3),水分含量为54%~59%,适宜微生物的好氧发酵。有机质含量为74%~77%,总养分(N+P_2O_5+K_2O)为5.25%~6.85%,有机质及总养分含量均达到有机肥料的标准。粪大肠菌群数及镉、铬、铅、砷、汞等重金属的含量均符合有机肥料的相关限量要求。试验证明了由微生物异位发酵猪粪尿制成的有机肥料确实是一种清洁、安全的肥料,并为今后更加科学地指导养殖场因非还田季节粪尿长时间堆肥问题提供参考。In order to study the dynamic changes of piggery waste during long time stacking in non-returning season, the environmental and physicochemical factors, microorganism, nutrients and heavy metals contents during 10 months composting were measured and evaluated of piggery waste in microbial ectopic fermentation system. The results showed that the temperature of the termentation bed maintained at 53-56℃, the pH value was weak alkaline (8.2-8.3), and the moisture content was 54%-59%, which were suitable tor aerobic fermentation of microorganisms. The organic matter content and total nutrient (N+P2O5+K2O) were 74%-77% and 5.25%-6.85%, respectively, which met the standard of organic fertilizer. The number of tecal coliform bacteria and the contents of heavy metals such as cadmium, chromium, lead, arsenic and mercury met the relevant limits of organic fertilizers. This trial proved that the organic fertilizer made from piggery waste by microbial ectopic termentation is a clean and safe tertilizer indeed, and provided more scientific guidance to the farms tor the long-time composting in the non-returning season.
