摘  要:阐述了竹林山煤矿采煤机装备系统中油液污染的种类、危害,分析了油液污染造成的液压系统失效形式,提出了控制油液污染源、选择适宜参数过滤器和设计小型油箱三方面的措施。实践表明,通过这些措施,显著减少了竹林山煤矿装备系统中液压元件故障率,对竹林山煤矿采煤机装备系统安全性、稳定性、高效性具有重要意义。Types and harms of oil pollution in shearer equipment system was expounded, the failure forms of hydraulic system caused by oil pollution was analyzed. The measures of controlling oil pollution in shearer equipment system should be taken from three aspects, controlling oil pollution souree, selecting suitable parameter filter and designing small oil tank. By studying the technology controlling oil contamination in the hydraulic system, the failure rate of hydraulic components in the equipment system wa significantly reduced, which was of great significance to the safety, stability and efficiency of the shearer equipment system in Zhulinshan Mine.
