摘　　要：目的规范认定专科医师规范化培训基地。建立与完善各专科医师培训质量管理体系,实现住院医师和专科医师培训并轨;以临床技能培训为主,同时将科研能力培养纳入专科医师培训与考核。方法本次调查随机抽取上海市八所有培训资质的医院,对参加过专科医师培训的医师,从培训目的、培训过程、培训效果及相关问题进行现况调查。结果70%以上的医师对培训内容、培训方式、培训组织管理表示满意。在培训效果上,超过70%的医师对培训的综合效果、临床知识理论水平提升、临床专业能力提升、教学能力提升表示满意,65.49%的医师对科研能力提升表示满意。结论大部分的医师对专科医师培训过程和培训效果感觉满意,分析原因,主要是因为上海是较早开展专科医师培训的城市,具备一定的基础和培训经验,在案例数、病种数量上都能满足受训者培训需求;在相应的教学组织和管理上有一定的标准和规范。Methods In this survey,hospitals with all training qualifications of Shanghai residents wererandomly selected to investigate the current status of physicians who have participated in the training of specialized physicians. Results More than 70% of the physicians were satisfied with the training content,training methods and training organization and management. More than 70% of physicians were satisfied with the comprehensive effect of training,the improvement of clinical knowledge and theory,the improvement of clinical professional ability and teaching ability,and 65. 49% of the physicians were satisfied with the improvement of scientific research abili-ty. Conclusion Standardized training bases for specialists should be standardized. The quality management system of specialist training should be established and improved, realizing the integration of resident training and specialist training, focusing on clinical skills training, and incorporating scientific research ability training into specialist training and assessment.
