摘　　要：随着哲学研究的价值论转向,近代英国哲学家休谟所提出的＂是＂和＂应该＂的关系问题,受到了现代西方伦理学和当代中国价值论研究者们的广泛关注和普遍重视。人们将此称为所谓＂休谟问题＂或＂休谟法则＂,并作为一个重要理论课题而不断研究和深入探讨。这里所谓＂休谟问题＂,虽然直接表现为从＂科学判断＂能否推导出＂道德判断＂及其正当理由与合法根据问题,但其实质却是价值论和伦理学研究中＂价值＂与＂事实＂之间的合理逻辑关系及其实现的正确方式与合理路径问题。Hume＇s question in essence is to reveal and highlighten reasonable logical relationship of active conversion from the facts ＂ to values＂ by asking the transitional reasons from the yes ＂ to should,which is a major theoretical problem of modern axiology and contemporary ethics.To grasp the reasonable approach and sound foundation during the transition is to find whether there is negative unity relationship between values and facts.The basic premise of the relationship is to admit the objective facts＂ and to start from the realistic existence,of which the base and intermediaries is the the facts of contradiction ＂ and the plight of reality＂ which are faced by the people in the real world and constitute the objective origin and realistic foundation of human value pursuit.Value results from human effort to transcend the difficulty and the dilemma The agent foundation and human origin for value are from human practical and transcendental nature.The research method of negative unity between the values and the facts is a general research method of unity of ＂facts cognition＂ and ＂expression of values＂.It not only provides the basic premise and the fundamental principles,for axiology and ethics to resolve related issues,but also provides viewpoints and methods for core value system construction and its core values nurturing.
