摘　　要：在大学生心理健康教育课程中,"学习管理"是一个重要的专题,本文尝试通过团体心理辅导的方式,围绕学习目的、动机、方法、习惯、过程等问题进行互动体验式学习,帮助大学生学会学习,提高学习效率。In the psychological health education course of college students, ＂learning managenlent＂ is an important topic. This paper attempts to engage in interactive experiential learning around the learning objectives, motivations, methods, habits, processes and other issues through group psychological counseling, helping college students learn how to learn and improve their learning efficiency.
