积极心理学视角下大学生价值观的培养

摘　　要：大学生价值观培养是高校思想政治工作中"立德树人"工作的核心任务,也是高校面对"培养什么人,怎样培养人"要解决的根本问题。大学生价值观培养不同于专业知识的传授,它更是一种心与灵的感受和呼应。积极心理学推崇的六大美德和24种积极力量正是我们价值观培养的努力方向,积极心理学可以为大学生价值观培养提供一种可行的理论支撑和技术指导。The cultivation of college students＇ values is the core task of ＂Strengthen moral education and cultivate people＂ in ideological and political work in colleges and universities. It is also the fundamental problem that colleges and universities should solve in the face of ＂cultivating people and how to cultivate people＂ The cultivation of college students＇ values is different from the imparting of professional knowledge. It is also a feeling and an echo of heart and spirit. The six great virtues and 24 positive forces of positive psychology are the direction of the cultivation of our values, and the positive psychology can provide a feasible theoretical support and technical guidance for the cultivation of college students＇ values.
