摘 要:以PLGA为主材,应用数字化微喷射技术和采用内径40μm的喷头制备了钛合金表面PLGA涂层;利用单因素法和正交试验法研究了微喷射参数PLGA溶液浓度、驱动电压、喷射频率对PLGA液滴大小及其涂层形貌的影响,并得出最优解;同时对涂层形貌进行了分析。结果表明,在实验处方条件一定的情况下,喷射液滴大小与PLGA溶液浓度、喷射频率近似成反比关系,与驱动电压近似成抛物线关系;喷射液滴直径小且状态稳定时,涂层表面致密均匀,但当液滴小到一定程度后会发生不稳定现象;当PLGA溶液浓度为24%、微量喷头的驱动电压为52 V、喷射频率为1 000 Hz时,液滴直径大小合适,涂层形貌光滑、均匀、平整。本试验将医药领域研究与钛合金植入物表面抗菌修饰结合,为载药涂层的制备提供了理论和实践依据。With PLGA as the main material, and use of numerical micro-injection technique and the spray head with 40 μm inside diameter, PLGA titanium coating was prepared. By using single factor method and orthogonal test method, the parameters which influence the size of PLGA liquid drop and the contour of coating in micro-injection technique, such as the concentration of PLGA solution, driven electric voltage and injection frequency, were studied, and then the optimum ones were concluded. It was shown from the results that under certain experiment condition, the size of liquid drop has the inverse relation with the concentration and injection frequency; the size of drop has parabola relation with driven electric voltage; with small diameter of injection drop and its stable size, pyknotic and uniform coating surface is obtained. But unstable quality of coating surface may appear if the drop is small to a certain extant; the appropriate size of drop can be reached and then the smooth, uniform and neat surface of coating can be obtained under the conditions of 24 % concentration of PLGA solution, 52 V driven voltage and 1 000 Hz injection frequency.
