摘　　要：偏头痛是一种常见的致残性的原发性头痛，发病机制目前尚不清楚。近年来偏头痛与线粒体在形态学、影像学、生物化学、药理学和遗传学等方面的相关性研究均取得了一定进展。本文现围绕上述几方面内容综述如下。Migraine is a common disabling primary headache disorder, and it imposes heavy burden on individual sufferer and the whole society, while its mechanism is not entirely clear. Recent year researches between migraine and mitochondria have made certain progresses on morphology, magnetic resonance imaging, biochemistry, pharmacology and genetics. Here, we systematically review their research progresses and hope to provide guidance for preventive medication of migraine.
