摘  要:以玉米秸秆为原料,采用氯化锌-微波法制备活性炭(CSAC),研究了CSAC对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能。在单因素试验的基础上进行正交试验,获得了制备玉米秸秆活性炭的最佳工艺条件,即活化剂浓度60%,微波时间360s,微波压力2.5MPa;通过电镜扫描、比表面积测定等对CSAC进行表征,结果显示,活性炭的BET和Langmuir比表面积分别为131.46m^2/g和241.42m^2/g,总孔容为0.336cm^3/g,平均孔径为92.118nm。确定了其对亚甲基蓝吸附的最佳条件并研究了吸附热力学和动力学规律。通过吸附模型拟合发现,活性炭对亚甲基蓝的吸附更符合Langmuir吸附等温模型;热力学研究表明,该吸附过程为自发的、吸热的熵增过程,吸附动力学更符合准二级动力学方程模型。Activated carbon (CSAC) was prepared from com straw with ZnCl2 as an activation agent under microwave radiation, and it adsorption of methylene blue was also studied. Based on the single factor method, the orthogonal experiment was carried out getting the best process conditions is the concentration of activators is 60%, the microwave time is 360s and the microwave pressure is 2.5MPa; The properties of activated carbon were characterized by N2 adsorption and scanning electron microscopy. Results showed that the BET surface area, Langmuir surface area, total pore volume of pores and BJH adsorption average pore width of CSAC were 131.46m2/g, 241.42m2/g, 0.336cm3/g and 92.118nm, respectively. And the adsorption thermodynamics, kinetics and optimum conditions of adsorption, of CSAC to methylene blue were studied. The Langmuir isotherm model better fitted the adsorption isotherms of methylene blue on CSAC, the adsorption process is spontaneous, endothermic, entropy increasing and the adsorption kinetics of methylene blue on CSAC can be well described by the Pseudo-second-order model.
