摘　　要：安全是我院科研生产的根本，为了保证科研生产任务的顺利运行，积极开展本质安全的研究，着力推行本质安全管理，以建设我院科研生产的本质安全，是提高我院安全管理水平的有效途径。与此同时，我院安全科研生产特点和现状决定了我们如要进一步提高安全水平，必须大力开展安全文化建设。为此，本文从文化建设的视角对本质安全管理展开探讨，分析和探索本质安全管理模式和管理体系，并提出本质安全管理的评价体系，从而为我院安全管理工作实践提供理论指导。Safety is the foundation of scientific research and production in our academy. In order to guarantee the smooth operation of scientific research and production tasks, we actively carry out research on essential safety, and strive to implement essential safety management to build the intrinsic safety of scientific research and production in our academy. To improve the safety management level of our academy is an effective way. At the same time, the characteristics and status quo of safety research and production in our hospital determine that we must vigorously carry out safety culture construction, if we are to further improve our safety standards. Therefore, this article discusses the intrinsic safety management from the perspective of cultural construction, analyzes and explores the intrinsic safety management model and management system, and proposes an evaluation system for intrinsic safety management. Thus providing theoretical guidance for the practice of safety management in our academy.
