摘 要:为有效控制超高强度钢高速铣削加工过程中的表面完整性,利用涂层硬质合金刀片对16Co14Ni10Cr2Mo超高强度钢进行高速铣削试验。研究铣削速度、每齿进给量和铣削深度对三维表面形貌、三维表面粗糙度和表面残余应力的影响规律。通过3D共聚焦轮廓显微测量仪和X射线衍射仪对加工后的三维表面形貌、三维表面粗糙度和表面残余应力进行测试分析。结果表明:三维表面形貌图中等距纹理为铣削参数中每齿进给量的体现,三维表面形貌与三维表面粗糙度之间具有映射关系;三维表面粗糙度随铣削速度的增大呈下降趋势,随每齿进给量和铣削深度的增大而增大,每齿进给量影响最为显著;在试验参数范围内,表面残余应力均为拉应力,随铣削速度的增大,x向表面残余应力呈上升趋势,y向表面残余应力呈下降趋势;随每齿进给量的增大,x向和y向表面残余应力均呈上升趋势;随铣削深度的增大,x向和y向表面残余应力变化不明显。In order to effectively control the surface integrity during the high-speed milling process of ultra-high strength steel, a high-speed milling experiment was performed on the ultra-high strength steel 16Col4Nil0Cr2Mo using coated carbide inserts. The 3D surface topography, 3D surface roughness and surface residual stress were measured and analyzed by 3D confocal microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The effects of milling speed, feed per tooth and milling depth on the 3D surface topography, 3D surface roughness and surface residual stress were studied. The results show that the 3D surface topography is a reflection of the amount of feed per tooth in the milling parameters, and there is a mapping relationship between the 3D surface topography and the 3D surface roughness. The 3D surface roughness decreases as the milling speed increases, but increases with the increase of the feed per tooth and the milling depth. The feed per tooth has the most significant influence on the 3D surface roughness. Within the range of the experimental parameters, the surface residual stresses are the tensile stress. As the milling speed increases, the surface residual stresses in the x-directian tend to increase, while the surface residual stress in the y- direction decreases. The surface residual stresses in the x-direction and y-direction increase with the increase of the feed per tooth. However, as the milling depth increases, the surface residual stresses in the x-direction and y-direction do not change obviously.
