游离股前外侧皮瓣移植中单静脉吻合的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨游离股前外侧皮瓣移植中仅吻合1根静脉的可行性。方法:回顾分析51例游离股前外侧皮瓣在头颈部重建中的移植,所有皮瓣均仅吻合1动脉1静脉。术后观察分析皮瓣存活情况。结果:51例皮瓣全部移植成功,未出现皮瓣术中或术后血管栓塞,血管危象率为0%。结论:游离股前外侧皮瓣的移植中,吻合1根静脉可能足够提供皮瓣所需的静脉回流,且简化显微操作过程。Objective：To investigate the feasibility of one venous anastomosis in the anteriorlateral thigh flap trans- plantation. Methods ： Retrospective review of 51 cases of anteriorlateral thigh flap in head and neck reconstruction. All flaps had one arterial anastomosis and one venous anastomosis. The flaps after operation were analyzed and observed. Results： All flaps were successed in transplantation. No intraoperative or postoperative thrombosis happened during the study. The rate of vascular crisis was zero. Conclusion：In the anteriorlateral thigh flap transplantation, one venous anastomosis may be enough for venous drainage. One venous anastomosis could simplify the process of operation.
