扶正升白汤对脑膜瘤患者术后化疗所致白细胞减少症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨扶正升白汤对脑膜瘤患者术后化疗不良反应及白细胞减少症的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2017年6月间陕西省洛南县中医院收治的63例脑膜瘤术后化疗患者,按治疗方法不同分为观察组32例和对照组31例。观察组患者在手术后化疗基础上采用扶正升白汤治疗,对照组患者在手术治疗后采用化疗治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后白细胞变化情况和治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床总有效率为84. 4%,高于对照组患者的71. 0%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗前,两组患者的白细胞计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。治疗后,两组患者的白细胞计数均降低,且观察组患者治疗1、2和3周时白细胞计数均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。治疗期间两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论扶正升白汤对于治疗化疗后白细胞减少症疗效明显,能改善患者的临床症状,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of Fuzheng Shengbai decoction on postoperative adverse reactions and chemotherapy induced leucopenia in patients with meningioma. Methods A total of 63 patients with meningioma who underwent chemotherapy after surgery were selected at Luonan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2013 to June 2017. All patients were divided into an observation group（ 32 patients） and a control group（ 31 patients）. Patients in the observation group were treated with Fuzheng Shengbai decoction based on chemotherapy and the control group only received chemotherapy after surgery. The clinical efficacy,changes in leukocyte before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The overall efficacy rate was 84. 4% in the observation group which was significantly higher than 71. 0% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in leukocytes counts between the two groups before treatment（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment,the leukocytes counts decreased in both groups,with the observation group significantly higher than the control group at 1 to 3 weeks（ P〈0. 05）. No severe adverse reactions occurred in either group during the treatment. Conclusion Fuzheng Shengbai decoction is effective in treating leucopenia after chemotherapy,which can improve the clinical symptoms in patients and has a high clinical value.
