蜂疗减轻肺癌患者化疗后骨髓抑制作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨蜂疗减轻肺癌患者化疗后骨髓抑制作用的临床观察。方法选取2012年1月至2016年12月间陕西省渭南市中医医院收治的167例肺癌患者,根据入院先后顺序分为观察组85例与对照组82例。观察组患者采用蜂疗疗法治疗,对照组患者采用粒细胞集落刺激因子治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及中医证候疗效,治疗前后的白细胞计数、KPS评分及治疗期间的不良反应。结果观察组患者临床总有效率和中医证候疗效分别为92. 9%和95. 3%,均高于对照组的74. 4%和74. 4%,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗前白细胞计数及KPS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。治疗后,两组患者的白细胞计数及KPS均升高,且观察组患者高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。观察组患者治疗期间的不良反应症状较轻,且容易控制。结论蜂疗可以拮抗肺癌化疗后所致的骨髓抑制作用,维持化疗中患者的身体状况,过敏反应可控,是一种安全、有效的中医疗法。Objective To explore the efficacy of apitherapy on bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 167 patients with lung cancer admitted to Weinan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2012 to December 2016 were selected and divided into an observation group（ 85 patients） and control group（ 82 patients） according to the sequence of admission. The observation group was given apitherapy and the control group was treated with granulocyte colony stimulating factor. The clinical efficacy and TCM syndromes after the treatment,the leucocyte count,Karnofsky performance status（ KPS） score and adverse reactions during the treatment were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The overall clinical efficacy and the efficacy of TCM syndrome identification was 92. 9% and 95. 3% respectively for the observation group which was significantly higher than 74. 4% and 74. 4% respectively of the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. There was no statistically significant difference in leucocyte count and KPS score between the two groups before treatment（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment,leucocyte count and KPS score increased significantly in both groups with the observation group significantly higher than the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. Adverse reactions were mild and easy to control. Conclusion Apitherapy could antagonise the bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy for lung cancer,maintain the patients＇ physical condition in chemotherapy,and allergic reaction could be controlled,which was a safe and effective Chinese medicine therapy.
