摘 要:皖茶6号、皖茶7号是源于皖南山区腹地石台县的地方良种。以皖茶6号、皖茶7号及对照品种舒茶早为材料,开展了不同茶树品种光合特性、儿茶素含量及相关基因表达量等指标的比较分析。光合色素含量结果显示,皖茶6号和皖茶7号的总叶绿素含量、叶绿素a含量及叶绿素b含量均略低于对照品种'舒茶早’。田间光合速率分析结果显示,皖茶7号光合速率最高,舒茶早次之,且均显著高于皖茶6号。HPLC分析表明,皖茶6号和皖茶7号叶片中儿茶素总量、EC、EGCG及ECG含量均显著高于对照品种舒茶早。在皖茶6号和皖茶7号叶片中,2条类黄酮合成相关P450基因(C4H2和F3'5'H1)相对表达量显著高于对照品种,这可能与皖茶6号和皖茶7号中儿茶素含量显著提高有关。Anhui tea cv.No.6 and No.7 were selected as excellent local varieties in southern mountainous area in Anhui Province, Shitai County. In this study, we compared several physiological and molecular biological indicators, including chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, catechin content and related gene expressional level, using Anhui tea cv. No.6, No.7 and 'Shuchazao' (the control variety) as experimental materials. The results of photosynthetic pigment contents showed that the total contents of chlorophyll, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b in Anhui tea No.6 and No.7 were slightly lower than that of the control 'Shuchazao'. The analysis of the net photo- synthesis rate (Pa) in the field showed that Anhui tea No.7 was slightly higher than that of control 'Shuchazao', and significantly higher than Anhui tea No.6. The analysis of HPLC showed that the content of total catechins, EC, EGCG and ECG in the leaves of Anhui tea No.6 and No.7 were obviously higher than that of the control. The relative expressional level of two P450 genes (C4H2 and F3'5'H1) of the flavonoid synthesis pathway in Anhui tea No.6 and No.7 were significantly higher than that of the control, which might be related to the obviously increased contents of catechins in Anhui tea No.6 and No.7.
