摘　　要：Th17细胞在炎症状态下特征性分泌白细胞介素-17(IL-17),在不同机体环境下表现不同生物学特征。IL-17协同多种细胞因子通过上调Fas/Fas L,参与细胞凋亡。本文就IL-17细胞因子与破骨细胞凋亡相关关系的研究进展进行综述。IL-17 is the cytokine secreted by the subgroup of CD4^＋ T cells named T helper 17, which plays different biological characteristics in different organic environments. It suggests that IL-17 plays an important role in the apoptosis of osteoclasts. The up-regulation of Fas/Fas with the assistance of IL-17 and various cytokines may take part in apoptosis. This paper reviewed the research progress of IL-17 and its relationship with osteoclasts apoptosis.
