摘  要:文章简要介绍了纯电动车辆在开发过程中样车试制阶段电气调试的过程,并对调试过程中所遇到的问题进行了简单分析。同时为纯电动车辆高压系统部分问题给出了应对措施,为后续的纯电动车辆开发调试过程提供了相应的指导思路,提升纯电动车辆试制环节中电气功能的调试效率。In this paper, the electric debugging process of the prototype in the trial-manufacture stage of the pure electric vehicle is briefly introduced, and the problems encountered in the debugging process are analyzed. At the same time, the countermeasures for the problems of pure electric vehicle high voltage system are given, which provides the corresponding guidance for the follow-up development and debugging process of pure electric vehicle and the debugging efficiency of electric function in the trial-production process of pure electric vehicle are improved.
