摘 要:目的:探讨氯氮平对精神分裂症患者生化指标的影响。方法:本研究共连续纳入100例精神分裂症患者,所有患者均接受氯氮平片治疗,持续治疗8周。于基线期与治疗后8周采集其全血及血清标本,并采用全自动血细胞分析仪测定患者血常规及全自动生化分析仪测定血清13项生化指标水平。结果:患者基线期ALT、γ-GTP、TG、TC、LDL、WBC显著低于治疗后8周,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者基线期CK、CKMB、HBDH显著高于治疗后8周,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者基线期与治疗后8周AST、GLU、HDL、LDH、TBA、RBC、PLT比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:长期服用氯氮平的精神分裂症患者白细胞、心肌酶谱、肝功能酶谱、脂代谢、糖代谢发生变化,临床有必要建立氯氮平副反应的规范管理体系。Objective:To explore influence of clozapine on biochemical indexes in patients with schizophrenia.Method:A total of 100 schizophrenic patients were enrolled in this study.All patients were treated with clozapine tablets for 8 weeks.The whole blood and serum samples were collected at baseline and 8 weeks after treatment.The blood routine and 13 biochemical indexes of patients were measured by automatic blood cell analyzer.Result:The ALT, γ-GTP,TG,TC,LDL,WBC in baseline phase was significantly lower than that in 8 weeks after treatment(P〈0.05).The CK,CKMB,HBDH in baseline period was significantly higher than that in 8 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in AST,GLU,HDL and LDH,TBA(total bile acid),RBC,PLT between baseline and 8 weeks after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The changes of leucocyte,myocardial enzymes,liver function enzymes,lipid metabolism and glucose metabolism in schizophrenic patients with long-term clozapine administration make it necessary to establish a standardized management system for clozapine side effects.
