Objective:Analyse non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) patients' carotid radial pulse wave velocity(crPWV)'s patterns and associated factors.Method:General data and blood biochemical indexes, liver ultrasound, central arterial pressure and crPWV were collected.According to liver ultrasound report, all patients were divided into NAFLD group and non-NAFLD group. The data of the two groups were compared by variance analysis and chi-square test, and the related factors affecting crPWV were studied by multivariate linear stepwise regression.Result:Compared with non-NAFLD group,NAFLD group had more male and diabetes patients, level of visceral fat rate, triglyceride, VLDL,ALT,ALT/AST,GGT, cholinesterase, uric acid,cDBP and crPWV were significantly higher. In NAFLD patients, male,NAFLD and cDBP were factors in the multi-linear stepwise regression model, with βwere 0.779,0.050 and-0.167.Conclusion:NAFLD patients' crPWV was significantly higher,cDBP was an independent risk factor for crPWV in NAFLD patients.
