摘 要:改善焊缝和热影响区的应力状态通常可以提高金属焊接件的机械性能,因此将激光温喷丸应用于铝合金焊接接头强化。使用XRD衍射方法检测激光温喷丸强化前后的AA6061-T6焊接接头焊缝和热影响区表面的残余应力,并与常温激光喷丸强化作比较。综合理论分析和数值模拟研究激光温喷丸对焊接接头表面残余应力的影响。结果表明,激光温喷丸显著提高了焊接接头表面的残余压应力幅值,数值模拟与实验检测获得了一致的残余应力分布规律。The mechanical properties of metal welded joints can generally improved by improving the stress state of weld and heat affected zone. Therefore, warm laser peening is applied to aluminum alloy welded joints reinforcement. The residual stress on AA6061-T6 welded joint seam and heat affected zone are detected by t XRD method before and after warm laser peening, and compared with room temperature laser peenig. Comprehensive theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are carried out to study the effect of warm laser peening on the residual stress of welded joints surface. The results show that the residual com-pressive stress amplitude on of welded joints surface are obviously increased by warm laser peening. Consistent distribution rules of the residual stress are obtained by numerical simulation and experimental detection.
