摘　　要：诱发性肝癌动物模型是研究肝癌发病机理和抗肝癌药物筛选的最常用方法。放射线局部照射、化学致癌物接触、细菌或肿瘤病毒感染均可在不同动物中诱发出肝癌。近年来,大量研究报道了各种诱发性肝癌动物模型的致癌剂和建立方法,其中,致癌化合物诱导的肿瘤模型最受关注。本文通过对肝癌动物模型常用的化学诱癌物进行综述,指出各个化学诱癌物的优点和作用机制,为肝癌研究选择合适的化学诱癌物提供依据。The induced hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）model is the most commonly used methodto study the pathogenesisand drug of HCC.Radiation exposure,chemical carcinog en exposure,bacterial or tumor virus infection can all induce liver cancer in d ifferent animals.In recent years,a large number of studies have reported on the carcinogenic agents and establishment methods of HCC models,among which the model induced by carcinogenic compound is the most concerned.Through reviewing the commonly used carcinogenic compounds,and pointing out the advantages and mechan is ms,this article was aimed to provide the basis of choosing the appropriate chem ical compounds for HCC research.
