摘　　要：目前我国"互联网+"医联体呈现快速发展的态势,典型的模式包括:乌镇模式、复旦儿科模式、云南省昆华医疗联合体专科联盟等。但目前仍存在激励机制不健全、缺乏互联网医疗行业规范、横向信息壁垒等影响"互联网+"医联体发展的障碍因素。应进一步健全激励相容机制,打破信息壁垒,充分发挥"互联网+"技术渗透医疗行业的优势,实现"互联网+"医联体新型模式下各层级医疗机构医药检各项服务的互通互信,以及各层级医疗人才之间知识技能和信息的有效共享等,促进"互联网+"医联体的快速、健康发展。Now,“Internet＋” medical alliance appears the trend of rapid expansion in our country which typical model include Wuzhen model,Fudan pediatric model,Kunhua medical special alliance of Yunnan and so on. But it still has some obstacle factors which influence “Internet＋” medical alliance development such as imperfect incentive mechanism,lack of internet medical codes of practice and crosswise information barrier and so on. We should further perfect incentive compatibility mechanism,break information barrier,give full play to “Internet＋” technology to permeate medical industry. Carry out megaeyes among the services in medical institutions under “Internet＋” medical alliance new model. Effective share knowledge,skills and information in talents,so as to promote the rapid and healthy development for “Internet＋” medical alliance.
