摘　　要：通过深度分析现行法律框架下医师开展多点执业的法律依据,医师与各医疗机构间的法律关系以及医师多点执业过程中出现损害责任以及法律风险归属等问题,探索推动多点执业制度落实的途径。经分析,现行依法执业的规定并不禁止医师多点执业活动,现阶段可以通过签订多点执业合同来明确医师与各个执业机构之间的权利义务,同时强制要求开展多点执业的医务人员参与执业保险,再辅之以互联网医院的推广,确保多点执业工作的有序推进。Through deep analysis of legal basis of physician multi-sited license under existing law frame. It analyzes the legal nexus between physician and medical institution,the problem of damage responsibility,legal risk affiliation in the process of physician multi-sited license. It explores the way of promoting the implement of physician multi-sited license system. After the analysis,the stipulation of existing practice according to law does not forbid the physician multi-sited license activity. At this stage,clear-cut rights and obligations between physician and medical institution may by means of signing multi-sited license contract. Meanwhile,compulsively require multi-sited license physician to participate in practice insurance,supplemented by popularization of internet hospital,to guarantee orderly advancement of multi-sited license working.
