摘  要:自动线安装与调试是高职自动化类专业群的一门重要的专业核心课程。在新的产教融合背景下,对该课程的教学进行全方位改革,必须遵循"因材施教"的教学思想,实施分层教学;在课程教学项目中引入本地区物流装备制造企业的真实项目,并以基于工作过程的项目化教学来具体实施。项目化教学共分为资讯、计划决策、实施、检查和评价五个阶段。另外,还可以尝试在教学中融入企业要求和标准,培养学生的综合职业能力和"工匠精神",实现车间与课堂的"零距离"对接等方法。Automatic line installation and debugging is an important core course of higher vocational automation specialty group. Under the background of the new combination of production and education, new requirements for the teaching objectives of the course are put forward. First, we should follow the teaching idea of “teaching students in accordance with their aptitude” and implement stratified teaching. Secondly, the real projects of the local logistics equipment manufacturing enterprises are introduced in the course teaching projects, and the project based teaching methods and the working process are implemented, namely, the information stage, the plan decision stage, the implementation stage, the inspection stage and the evaluation stage. By integrating the requirements and standards in teaching, students' comprehensive professional ability and craftsman spirit will be cultivated, so as to achieve zero distance between workshop and classroom.
