高校文书材料归档之“部门立卷”问题研究

摘　　要：高校文书档案管理工作在不同时期有不同的规范指导,本文介绍了高校文书材料归档推行"部门立卷"制度的发展过程、现状和存在困难,结合中国科学技术大学文书档案工作实践,提出高校文书材料归档应该施行档案馆(综合档案室)组件模式。The management of administrative documents in colleges and universities has different regulatory standards in different periods. This paper introduces the development process, current situation and existing difficulties in implementation of ＂department filing＂ of administrative documents in colleges and universities. According to the work practice of administrative archives in USTC, the paper suggests an assembly mode should be applied by archives or comprehensive archives rooms to filing administrative documents in colleges and universities.
