摘　　要：依据考古出土实物及吐鲁番出土文书相关记载勾勒晋唐时期吐鲁番地区主要炊具、饮食具、贮存具,可深化人们对丝绸之路物质文明的感性认识,为当前整合丝绸之路经济带资源提供历史文化资源。We can draw a picture of the main cookware, eating utensils, and storage tools in the Turpan area during the Jin and Tang Dynasties, based on unearthed archaeological objects and records related to Turpan＇s unearthed documents. This will deepen people＇s perception of the material civilization of the Silk Road and provide historical and cultural resources for the current integration of the resources of the Silk Road economic belt.
