摘　　要：目的回顾性分析与总结男性胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤(solid pseudopapillar tumor,SPT),特别是男性胰腺实性-假乳头状癌(solid seudopapillar carcinoma,SPC)的影像学特点,旨在提高男性SPT的术前诊断率,为患者制定更加合理的手术治疗方案,改善患者预后。方法搜集并回顾性分析青岛大学附属医院2005年～2016年经病理证实的9例男性SPT的临床表现、病理学特征、影像学特点及患者的预后情况,并复习参考相关文献。结果统计数据显示男性良恶性SPT在年龄(P=0. 001)、大小(P=0. 029)等方面存在统计学差异。结论男性胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤具有相对特征性的临床及影像学表现。Objective To retrospectively analyze and conclude the characteristics of imaging appearances of solid pseudopapillar tumor of pancreas （SPT）, especially male solid seudopapillar carcinoma of pancreas （SPC）. Improving the preoperative diagnostic rate of male SPT can develop a more reasonable surgical treatment program for patients and improve the prognosis of patients. Methods The clinical apparences, pathologic features, imaging characteristics and prognosis of 9 cases of male SPT were confirmed and retrospectively analyzed from 2005 to 2016, and the reference literature was reviewed. Results The statistical data showed that there were statistically significant differences in age （ P =0.001） and size （ P =0.029） between male and female SPT. Conclusion Male pancreatic solid-pseudopapillary tumor has comparatively specific clinical and imaging features.
