某三甲医院异地就医管理现状浅析

摘　　要：目的 :分析异地就医管理现状及存在的问题,提出合理化建议。方法 :采用描述性分析法,分析2014年以来异地就医患者人次、住院科室、病种情况等。结果 :自2014年联网结算开始,异地就医患者迅速增长,回参保地手工报销的外地转诊患者逐年减少;该医院作为区域内大型三甲综合医院,能够以收治急危重症的异地患者为首任,符合大医院的功能定位。结论 :2014年至今,异地就医管理工作虽已取得阶段性进展,但仍存在一些问题,应继续完善和改进,以保障制度的可持续发展。Objective： To analyze the current situation and existing problems of off-site medical care, and put forward reasonable suggestions. Methods： Descriptive analysis method was used to analyze the number of patients, inpatient departments and diseases in different places since 2014. Result： Since the networking settlement in 2014, the number of patients seeking off-site medical care has increased rapidly, and the number of referral patients returning to the insured places has decreased year by year. As a third class hospital, the hospital is in line with the functional orientation of large hospitals for the treatment of severe patients in other places.Conchision： Since 2014, although the management of off-site medical treatment has made some progress, there are still some problems. We should continue to improve and ensure the sustainable development of this system.
