小切口去脂联合连续埋线重睑成形术在不对称重睑整形修复中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口去脂联合连续埋线重睑成形术在不对称重睑整形修复中的应用效果及安全性。方法选取我院2017年7月—2018年8月重睑不对称患者120例,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60)与研究组(n=60)。对照组采取传统切开重睑成形术,研究组采取小切口去脂联合连续埋线重睑成形术。统计两组手术情况(手术时长、术中失血量、切口愈合时间)、治疗满意度、并发症发生率。结果研究组术中失血量少于对照组,且切口愈合时间及手术时长短于对照组(P <0.05);研究组治疗满意度(93.33%)高于对照组(78.33%)(P <0.05);研究组并发症发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(20.00%)(P <0.05)。结论联合采取小切口去脂及连续埋线重睑成形术修复治疗不对称重睑整形患者,可减少手术创伤,缩短切口愈合用时,术后患者治疗满意度较高,且可降低并发症发生风险,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect and safety of small incision defatting combined with continuous embedding double-folding in the treatment of asymmetric double eyelid reconstruction. Methods A total of 120 patients with double eyelid asymmetry from July 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled in our hospital. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group （n=60） and study group （n=60）. The control group underwent conventional open-throat angioplasty. The study group underwent a small incision delipidation combined with continuous embedding and double-tonation. The operation status of the two groups （surgical duration, intraoperative blood loss, incision healing time）, treatment satisfaction, and complication rate were counted. Results The blood loss of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the healing time of the incision and the length of the operation were shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction of the treatment group （93.33%） was higher than that of the control group （78.33%） （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the study group （6.67%） was lower than that in the control group （20.00%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Combined small incision defatting and continuous embedding double-folding surgery for the treatment of patients with asymmetrical double eyelid surgery, having high security, can reduce the surgical trauma and shorten the healing time of the incision. The postoperative patient satisfaction is higher and the risk of complications can be reduced.
