摘　　要：目的探讨Er:YAG激光与传统方法在牙齿美白临床中的应用及对比研究。方法将纳入治疗标准的病例按照双盲法随机分别进行Er:YAG激光漂白和传统托盘漂白,术后三个月随访,根据两组患者治疗后的漂白治疗有效率及不良反应发生率,以及对术中患者的紧张程度分别进行评估及统计学分析。结果激光组漂白效果有效率为94.6%,传统美白组为62.1%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后不良反应阳性率分别为10.8%以及31.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。紧张度评估结果表明在临床操作过程中激光技术与传统法在统计学上无明显差异(P>0.05),然而在中等、非常紧张程度级别上,激光组出现例数低于传统组。结论使用Er:YAG激光相对于传统方法进行牙齿漂白能够取得更优越的临床效果,同时能改善术中临床体验,将为口腔修复美学临床工作提供广阔的前景。Objective To compare the clinical application effect and outcome between Er：YAG laser and traditional technique for teeth bleaching. Methods The cases meeted the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, then each of group were subsequently undergone for teeth bleaching, which were conducted by Er：YAG laser and traditional technique, respectively. Issues regarding clinical effcacy and adverse reaction were investigated statistically, together with the evaluation of intraoperative emotion tensity. Result Statistical signifcance could found between two ways for the clinical effcacy which were 94.6% and 62.1%, and adverse reaction, such as dentine hypersensitive rate that were 10.8% and 31.1%% in the groups of Er：YAG laser and traditional technique （P 〈 0.05）, while there was not a statistical signifcance existed in the emotion tensity （P ﹥ 0.05）. Moreover, it demonstrated emotion tensity tended to be reduced by the former one potentially. Conclusion Teeth bleaching by Er：YAG laser could achieve good clinical results, showing to have an advantage over traditional ones from the aspects of enhanced clinical effcacy, more comfort clinical experience with less adverse reaction, which could provide a prospective future for aesthetic rehabilitation clinical practice.
