摘　　要：中国面点历史悠久,品种繁多。它产生于民间,被各族人民所喜爱。它蕴涵着民族浓郁的乡土韵味,为百姓的生活增光添彩,并以其悠久的历史和地方特色在祖国饮食的百花园里散发着别样的光彩。There are many varieties of Chinese dim sums which are originated from the folk and have been loved by people of all nationalities. It implies a strong local flavor of the nation and has brought the people s life more colorful. It glows with a different light with its long history and local characteristics in our China s culinary arts.
