天麻素注射液对丛集性头痛抗氧化能力、炎症反应及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨天麻素注射液对丛集性头痛抗氧化能力、炎症反应及免疫功能的影响。方法:将丛集性头痛患者80例按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组40例,对照组行对症支持处理并且在发病时口服麦角胺咖啡因片1～2 mg,同时予尼莫地平40 mg/次,早中晚各1次,餐后口服,观察组在对照组基础上肌肉注射天麻素注射液100 mg/次,1次/d,2组连续治疗14天为1个疗程,比较2组干预后氧化应激标记物、炎症因子变化情况及2组体液免疫功能变化情况。结果:观察组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)水平高于对照组(P<0. 05),丙二醛(MDA)水平低于对照组(P<0. 05),观察组患者肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1(I L-1)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均低于对照组(P<0. 05),免疫球蛋白M(I gM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白A(IgA)水平高于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论:针对丛集性头痛患者,联用天麻素注射液能有效减轻机体氧化应激与炎症反应,提高机体体液免疫功能。Objective： To explore the effects of gastrodin injection on antioxidant capability, inflammatoryreaction and immune function of the patients with cluster headache. Methods： Eighty patients were randomized intotwo groups according to random number table method, 40 cases each group, the patients in the control group acceptedsymptomatic support treatment and took Ergotamine and caffeine tablet when the attack of the disease came, 1-2 mg,simultaneously, nimodipine, 40 mg each time, three times each day, taking the medicine after the meal, theobservation group accepted intramuscular injection of gastrodin injection based on the therapy the control groupaccepted, 100 mg each time, once each day, both groups were treated for 14 days consecutively, the changes ofhumoral immune function, inflammatory factor and oxidative stress marker were compared between both groupsafter the intervention. Results： The observation group was higher than the control group in the levels of SOD andGSH-px（P〈0.05）, lower than the control group in the levels of MDA（P〈0.05）, the observation group was lowerthan the control group in the levels of TNF-α, IL-1 and hs-CRP（P〈0.05）, the observation group was higher than thecontrol group in the levels of IgM, IgG and IgA（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： For the patients with cluster headache, thecombination of gastrodin injection could effectively relieve oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction of humanbody, improve humoral inmmune function.
