摘 要:处于边缘化状态的中职学校家校互动实际是一种重要的学校教育行为,具有多方面的现实意义。总结学校层面整体和教师层面个体的经验,比较共性的"家校互动"策略为:一是"家校互动"学校主动化;二是"家校互动"学校的互动活动规律化;三是"家校互动"的途径、方式、方法运用综合化;四是"家校互动"的形式与内容通俗化;五是"家校互动"的家校工作关系亲情化;六是"家校互动"重点家庭互动个性化。The marginalized home-school interaction in the secondary/vocational schools is an important school education behavior, which has practical significance in many aspects. Summarizing the overall experience at school level and individual experience at teacher level, the most common "home-school interaction" strategies are as follows: 1. Schools taking the initiative; 2. Regularization of home-school interaction activities; 3. Compre-hensive usage of different ways and means; 4. Popularization of form and content; 5. Kinship-type family-school working relationship; 6. Individualization of interaction activities between key families and school.
