摘  要:目的探讨双轨双控分阶段衔接模式在护理硕士专业学位研究生规范化培训中的应用效果。方法将2012级与2013级的20名学生作为对照组,2014级与2015级的20名学生作为观察组。对照组采用常规教学方法,即在完成6个月的全脱产理论学习后,直接安排到医院参加临床实践2年。观察组采取双轨双控分阶段衔接模式培训。比较两组学生的临床实践能力、教学与科研能力及学校、医院、科室对学生的满意度。结果观察组学生的临床实践能力、教学与科研成绩,以及学校、医院、科室对学生的满意度显著高于对照组(P <0. 05,P <0. 01)。结论采用双轨双控分阶段衔接模式对护理硕士专业学位研究生进行规范化培训,能够提高学生的临床实践、教学及科研能力,满足医学发展及教育事业的需求。Objective To explore the application effect of two-path double-controlled stage-oriented bridging model in standardized trai-ning of master of nursing specialist( MNS). Methods Twenty MNSs enrolled in 2012 and 2013 were treated as the control group,receiving conventional teaching that included 6-month full-time theoretical learning and 2-year clinical practice in hospital. Twenty MNSs enrolled in 2014 and 2015 were served as the intervention group,receiving two-path double-controlled stage-oriented bridging model for teaching.Students' clinical practice ability,teaching and scientific research ability,as well as the school,hospital,and department' s satisfaction with students were compared between the two groups. Results All the above-mentioned parameters in the intervention group were significantly higher compared with the control group( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01). Conclusion The use of two-path double-controlled stage-oriented bridging model in standardized training of MNS,can enhance students' clinical practice,teaching and research ability,which eventually meets the needs of medical and educational development.
