藏药五味麝香丸治疗轻型口腔溃疡31例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察藏药五味麝香丸治疗轻型口腔溃疡的短期效果。方法:选择标准病例62例,实验组31例用藏药五味麝香丸治疗,对照组31例用碘甘油局部涂擦,根据试行的复发性口腔溃疡疗效评价标准评价其疗效。结果:实验组的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:藏药五味麝香丸治疗轻型口腔溃疡具有较好的临床效果,可迅速消肿止痛。Objective To study the effect of wuweishexiang pills on the treatment of light aphthous ulcer. Method 62 patients with light mouth ulcer were divided into two groups randomly. The test group that 31 patients were treated with wuweishexiang pills;the control group 31 patients were treated with dental iodine glycerin. Then the therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the criteria for light mouth ulcer established by the Chinese Stomatological Association. Result The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of wuweishexiang pills on the treatment of light mouth is significant,wuweishexiang pills can eliminate swelling,relieve pain for oral ulcer quickly.
