葫芦夜交汤联合西药治疗脑卒中后抑郁30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察葫芦夜交汤联合西药治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效以及对神经功能、神经递质的影响。方法:将60例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组使用常规治疗方法,治疗组在常规治疗基础上联和使用葫芦夜交汤,治疗前、治疗2周、4周后,使用改良爱丁堡-斯堪的那维亚卒中量表(MESSS)评分对神经功能进行评价,并检测血清中神经递质的含量。结果:治疗后2周、4周时,两组血清中NE、5-HT含量均高于治疗前,且治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); MESSS评分分别与治疗前和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论:葫芦夜交汤干预对脑卒中后抑郁具有肯定的疗效,可以有效提高血清中相关神经递质含量,促进神经功能恢复,未见不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of early intervention with Hu-Lu yejiaotang on patients with post-stroke depression and to evaluate its effect on neurological rehabilitation. Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional therapy. The observation group was treated with Hu-Lu yejiaotang on the basis of routine treatment. Before treatment,after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the content of neurotransmitters in serum was detected,and using the modified Edinburgh-Scandinavian stroke scale（ MESSS）score to Evaluate neurological function. Results The levels of NE and 5-HT in serum of the two groups were higher than those before treatment at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment,but the effect in observation group was better than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）.MESSS score was significantly higher than that before treatment and control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions Hu-Lu yejiaotang on the post-stroke depression efficacy certainly,can effectively improve neurotransmitter,and can promote neurological rehabilitation,no adverse reactions,it is worth clinical promotion.
