摘 要:以某移动式煤炭采样车工作装置整体为研究对象,利用SolidWorks建立了工作装置整体三维模型,通过与ANSYS的程序接口将模型导入,在对煤炭采样车3种典型工况分析基础上,结合有限元理论建立了工作装置整体耦合有限元模型,准确模拟工作装置间的销轴连接和液压缸连接,对工作装置进行了强度、变形和模态分析,并结合产品对分析结果进行对比验证。分析结果表明,采用整体集成有限元分析法极大的减小因边界条件及载荷难以确定而造成的计算误差,进一步可以指导工作装置的改进设计。It takes the whole coal sampling vehicle working device as the research object and the 3-D model was established by SolidWorks. Three typical operating conditions of coal sampling vehicle were analyzed and the most dangerous condition was determined. Then the model was introduced into ANSYS and the integral coupling finite element model was established,the accurate simulation of real pin and the hydraulic cylinder is connected. The static and modal analysis of the working device was carried out. Comparing simulation result with experimental result,it’s showed that the method of the integral coupling finite element greatly reduces the computation error caused by the complex boundary condition and the load.Furthermore,the integral coupling finite element is improved the design of the working device.
