摘 要:癌症相关性炎症是癌症的关键特征之一。多种细胞因子参与炎症及其调控,在影响肿瘤生物学的诸多因素中扮演重要角色。炎症通过改变肿瘤组织内稳态,参与构建肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment,TME)。TME浸润细胞分泌的多种细胞因子相互作用构成复杂的细胞因子网络,通过促炎、免疫编辑以及免疫逃逸等多种机制发挥促肿瘤作用。本文拟就炎症、细胞因子网络与肿瘤微环境的相关研究进展予以综述。Cancer-associated inflammation is one of the key features of cancer. Many cytokines are involved in inflammation and its regulation and play important roles in many factors affecting tumor biology. Inflammation participates in the construction of tumor microenvironments(TMEs) by changing the homeostasis of tumor tissues. The interaction of cytokines secreted by TME-infiltrating cells forms a complex network of cytokines that play a role in tumor progression through various mechanisms such as inflammation promotion, immune editing, and immune escape. This review aims at analyzing the research progress on the relationship between inflammation, cytokine networks, and TMEs
