摘　　要：行业高职院校开展文化育人在促进校企的文化共融、加强学校内涵发展以及实现学生可持续发展方面具有重要意义。目前,行业高职院校文化育人普遍面临着"原则背离、理解错位和路径走偏"的尴尬困境,只有树立正确的文化育人理念,加强文化育人内涵建设,健全文化育人的体制机制,行业高职院校才能走出困境,实现文化育人。Talents-cultivating by culture in industry higher vocational colleges is of great significance in promoting the cultural integration between colleges and enterprises, strengthening the connotation development of colleges and realizing the sustainable development of students. At present, talents-cultivating by culture in industry higher vocational colleges is faced with the embarrassing dilemma of“deviation of principle, dislocation of understanding and deviation of path”. Only by establishing the correct concept of cultural education, strengthening the connotation construction of talents- cultivating by culture and improving the system and mechanism can help it get out of the predicament and realize talents-cultivating by culture.
