奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死的系统评价

摘　　要：目的探究奥扎格雷联合依达拉奉对脑梗死的治疗效果。方法随机选取2017年8月—2018年3月期间在该院进行治疗的脑梗死患者86例,分为对照组和观察组,各43例,对照组采取奥扎格雷治疗,观察组采取奥扎格雷联合依达拉奉治疗,对比两组疗效。结果治疗之后观察组患者的ESS评分为(77.85±15.28)分,Fugel-meyer评分为(84.52±21.59)分,均显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=10.235、9.201,P<0.05);观察组患者的全血高切粘度为(2.33±0.89)mPa/s,全血低切粘度(3.28±0.94)mPa/s,凝血时间为(13.57±3.33)s,FIB为(1.55±0.63)g/L,均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.562、3.556、6.446、4.433,P<0.05),AE为(2.14±0.82)与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(t=1.372,P>0.05)。结论采取依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠的方式对于脑梗死的治疗效果显著并改善患者的预后,促进神经功能的恢复并具有安全性,值得临床参考。Objective To study the effect of sodium ozagrel combined with edaravone in treatment of cerebral infraction. Methods 86 cases of patients with cerebral infraction in our hospital from August 2017 to March 2018 were random selected and divided into two groups with 43 cases in each, the control group were treated with sodium ozagrel, while the observation group were treated with sodium ozagrel combined with edaravone, and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the ESS score and Fugel-meyer in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, which were respectively （77.85±15.28）points and （84.52±21.59）points,the different was statistically significant（t=10.235, 9.201, P〈0.05）; and the whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, coagulation time and FIB were respectively （2.33±0.89） mPa/s, （ 3.28±0.94） mPa/s, （13.57±3.33） s and （1.55±0.63） g/L, which were obviously better than those in the control group,the different was statistically significant（t=4.562, 3.556, 6.446, 4.433, P〈0.05）, and the AE in the observation group was （2.14±0.82） , and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（t=1.372, P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of sodium ozagrel combined with edaravone in treatment of cerebral infraction can obviously improve the prognosis and promote the recovery of nerve function with safety, and it is worth clinical reference.
